He doesn't *need* to do anything, Gov. If he doesn't answer your questions satisfactorily, don't vote for him.

I asked him questions that as a candidate he  needs to address and not avoid.  He owes answers to the people and to the voters.  Other people also raised these points he refused to address.

Whether this is true or not, it's not against any rule to refuse to discuss a topic, and because of that is not actionable by administration. As Laurentus has said, if Chanku didn't answer your questions to your satisfaction, don't vote for him.

Hey Chanku. I'm still deciding who to vote for, so I'd like to share some insights and a question and see what your thoughts are.

I won't dispute that you are knowledgeable about the laws and that you've always been an active presence in this area, but I have some concerns with the way you handle yourself on things. You have a tendency to attempt to twist the meaning of laws and take advantage of loopholes to get your way when you can't do so through popular opinion, and as I can personally attest to, when you don't get your way you often lash out at people...like last week when you were banned and you threw what can only really be called a tantrum.

I didn't disown you from the royal family because I liked you any less. You have always been one of my favourite people in the region, but I get the feeling you don't really think much of me as a friend when you treat me like that. And more relevant to your election, it makes me question if you have the maturity necessary for a government position.

But on the other hand, not only did you used to be regularly elected, you used to get or almost get the most votes. I know you're more than capable of being a Skrifa, and I still think that you have the potential to be a great member of government and eventually a great leader, but in the meantime, how can you reassure me that you will have the maturity to accept that things won't always go your way, and that you won't try to resort to tricks and tantrums when they don't?

I do sometimes do that, and I will try to stop. The tantrum was something that I will admit was really bad, and while it may not be a complete explanation for the action I had a great deal of stress going on at that time, along with something happening that I don't really know how to describe. (the spam was due to me feeling really hyper all of a sudden, but emotionally I felt horrible...)

Sometimes people just need to hit rock bottom and I think my tantrum was that. I have had concerns about my mental state for a month or two now, that I had taken up with a friend outside of Wintreath. However since that tantrum I have attempted to be better, and I have also worked on my social life...which has helped remove some of the stress that I have had (in addition to certain stressors no long existing for the time being)

I will attempt to step back and not take things as seriously...I will also, if it is desired, select someone to act as a mediator. That person would basically be in charge of making sure I am not overly wound up, and allow an avenue of release. I will also work on ways to cope with the stress in a non-destructive manner. These are issues with myself, that I need to work on. I would also encourage everyone to be ready to recall me if I am unable to follow that, should I be elected.

Thanks for your response...the fact that you do not deny your issues is a credit to you. Let me throw a hypothetical situation at you...a worse-case scenario, if you will.

Let's say that you're elected to the Underhusen along with Govindia, someone you have not had the best of relations with,  to say the least. The Underhusen is considering a bill of some importance to the region, which you and Gov are on opposing sides of, in a situation where it seems the Underhusen has come to an impasse. At the same time, a situation comes up in real life that is very stressful for you which you must deal with for several weeks as well. What would you do to handle that kind of stress, and how would you ensure that you don't revert back to your bad habits because of it?

Let's say that you're elected to the Underhusen along with Govindia, someone you have not had the best of relations with,  to say the least. Well I would hope the activities I have begun in doing on a somewhat regular basis would help alleviate a lot of that stress, and I would also attempt to use the coping habits I would have been learning to deal with it. If necessary I will attempt to take some breaks, as opposed to what I have done in the past. If that isn't enough and I feel like I might revert to my bad habits then I will resign from my position, in order to allow me to remove myself from that situation and to prevent anyone from having to deal with that...
