Does anyone else here still use Last.fm? It was bigger a few years ago, and it keeps track of all the music you've listened to. It provides recommendations and charts for your listening habits, which, as a statistics-minded person who loves music, is perfect for me.

Here's my profile, if anyone is interested in my clusterfuck of a music taste.

I used to use it a lot, but nowadays I listen to a lot of my music through Youtube, which it really doesn't work on.

There was a scrobbler extension for Chrome I used to use for Youtube, but it stopped working when Last.fm changed their layout a few months ago. I miss how it used to look.

I've never used last.fm, but seems interesting. I usually just listen on Spotify or Youtube, but I think I'll have to try this out.

That is quite a clusterfuck lol. You have a bit in common with my younger brother in terms of taste in music, though I haven't heard of half the stuff you listen to.

And I see you're a listen-to-soundtracks-and-work kinda guy. I can respect that -- I did that throughout college.

There's a built-in scrobbling feature for Spotify; it's somewhere in your settings, if you enable it all of your plays will be logged on your Last.fm account. And yeah, people's compatibility with my music taste tends to range from "wtf" to "Okay... I listen to some of the music you listen to."
