Just a reminder to @North and @Chanku (though if you're busy, I don't mind) that you may claim more territory.

With the Enclave as it is, I dont think expansion would be high on its agenda.

North has expanded a layer west IC. Map has been updated to reflect this.

Also made the key more colorful.

This week, you may once again expand your territories by 20%, at no cost and requiring no explanation IC. As an example, f you claimed the full number of possible sectors (60), then you may add 12 sectors to your territories.

I'll finish out my furthest-right column, and add three sectors to the row below it (starting from the right; so there won't be a new sector on the furthest-left column).
