It's going to be Maximus or Sarilla. Haven't quite decided which. Which one would you and @taulover prefer?

Maximus is the militant while Sarilla is the naïve young woman, right? Perhaps Maximus could go to Science and Sarilla to the Aesir. At least that's what I would do, just to put them outside of their comfort zones.

Yeah, from a character development standpoint, that would be cool, but I'm not sure it's a practical decision for Laurentus to make.

Of course it's practical. It forces Sarilla to grow up and learn some hard facts about life. Unless Laurentus wants her shielded for life.

Haha, do remember that Marinia isn't the current Laurentus.

But I mean practical in the sense that it makes more sense to send a military-minded ambassador to the Æsir, and a diplomatic one to Science. Maximus would understand where the Æsir come from much better.

Unless of course Laurentus can contact Aragonn and ask him to mentor Sarilla a bit while she's there.

What you say does make sense. And of course Aragonn would be happy to mentor Sarilla! Just give him a call and let him know you're sending her.
