These are Witchian War memorials that the original Witchmond had, they sure care about their history... I'll make it more clear...

Wintreath has a relatively open border at this point. Considering how far Rasdanation is from the Core, the most likely reason why Witchmond would be unable to see war monuments is simply that the roads didn't exist.

How I imagined it when I made it was that the Wintreans held a grudge against the people who leftto form New Witchmond... and not allowing Witchian access was how they retaliated.

I built mine to have a grudge against Wintreath for using them as cannon fodder. This isn't how they were actually used, but getting devastated through being the elite military for Wintreath really helps sell the Aesir government propaganda.

I tried making it so that both empires, Wintreath and New Witchmond, had grudges on each other for related reasons.

My nation is just imperialistic...

I imagined the Avonite Enclave having a bit of a grudge against the Remnant because of the fact that they didn't try to stop the Civil War. Whether or not that's true, a lot of Avonites hold a grudge
