Right, the way group PMs work is more analogous to group email threads than a chat group.

I'm feeling very discouraged because when I was attempting to make mousse I separated the egg yolks from the whites perfectly, which I haven't done before, but I burnt the chocolate three times so I'm not doing that ever again for at least two months. 
P.S. when heating chocolate chips without a microwave, take the chocolate off the heat before the chips melt completely. It's more delicate than you would think.

It sucks when something doesn't go quite right, especially when you've invested time and money to trying it out. v_v I've seen some people melt the chocolate in a bowl on top of a pot of boiling water, apparently so the chocolate doesn't burn. Could you try something like that?
