In Osiris I am Scribe of Culture and in Balder I am a storting member

4) Would you like a mentor to help you learn your way around Wintreath? Nah

Section II: Interests
There are many things that you can get involved with here in Wintreath, both to help the region and just for fun! Based on your answers to the questions below, we will help you get involved in any aspect of the region that you're interested in so you can hit the ground running fast. Indicating interest here does not commit you to joining any aspect of the region, but will help us guide you to where you want to be here.

1) Are you interested in being part of our regional military? Not at the moment.

2) Are you interested in forum roleplays (character, national, etc)? I will have to see a few first.

3) Are you interested in playing in our Minecraft server? This sounds interesting.

4) Are you interested in general region-wide games, such as Civilization V? If so, what games would you like to see? I have Civilization V and also Guns of Icarus.

5) Are you interested in regional politics (elections, running for legislature, writing bills, etc.)? Maybe

6) Are you interested in general community discussions? Sure

7) Are you interested in serving as a diplomat or an ambassador to another region? Perhaps

Are you interested in regional journalism (writing articles for inclusion in regional publications)? No

9) Are you interested in creating graphics for the regional website? Nope

10) If you have any other interests you'd like to pursue in the region, please tell us about them! We can make just about anything happen as long as people are interested in doing it. Nothing I can think of.

Usually this process goes a bit faster, but one of the regions you listed requires further inquiry under Wintrean law. What is your current status with the New Pacific Order? Do you hold Citizenship in the NPO, or do you merely have a nation in the region?

Thank you! Well from time to time I like to make a new nation and try to get citizenship in more places. I go by Kyorgia in pretty much every region expect Balder where Im know as Arastaoir and TP where Im know as Communist United Korea.

I have citizenship there. I do hope this is not a problem

This was what I feared would happen.

Unfortunately, our current laws declare anyone with citizenship in the NPO as Persona non Grata.

Given that our friend here openly admitted having a citizenship there, and is obviously involved with a lot of different regions, and the fact that the Lazarus situation has long been resolved, can we not repeal or adjust that law?

The law doesn't actually speak to persona non grata declrations, which would deny access to the forums entirely, it merely forbids Wintreans from holding Citizenship in the NPO and the NLO (nothing that the latter is now defunct). There are still a number of PnG declarations in effect over the coup and invasion of Lazarus, but Kyorgia is not one of them.

I wouldn't oppose a repeal, seeing that the treaty between Wintreath and Lazarus that led to many of those actions in their defense is no longer in force...however, in the meantime I still have to place this application on hold. Brodding Empire, I regret the inconvenience, but if you would like to stay the discussion and cultural areas of the region are still open to you while this issue is being debated.

I will stay around and check out the things I can see without being a citizen. I do hope you repeal that law, I would love to be a citizen in this region

I'm glad to hear that! In the meantime, everything under the Frozen Gatehouse, The Old Town, and The Frozen Village of Fourneshore categories should be open to non-Citizens. I believe that you should also at least be able to view the debate as it happens...we like to keep things as open as possible around here.

I've just seen that all active OH members have voted for it to get repealed, but I don't think it's officially repealed until Wuufu declares the act passed, closes the topic and updates the laws.

It's unclear according to the law, though it for sure does not matter when he closes the topic and when he updates the law page... Our law page was like 6 months out of date for a while...

It's technically passed with a majority of the Overhusen... right? 

I wouldn't say so. Anyone could suddenly change their vote for instance. That's not likely to happen, but the Act can only be considered passed when Wuufu says it's passed.

Well, I guess that's that.
