Preface: In order to help prevent future problems created by the Underhusen Procedures Act as it was passed in haste, in order to get the Underhusen Set up, and to make sure there are no problems when it comes to Overriding the Overhusen.

1.Title
 a.This is Hereby called The Procedural Rules of the Underhusen Act Amendment I
2. Definitions
 a. Override means to bypass the decision of the Overhusen or to supersede; annul; reject by subsequent action or
     decision, when pertaining to the Legislature of Wintreath.
3.Overriding
 a.The Override shall have 24-hours, or until the next bill is voted on, to begin
 c.The Override shall begin with a motion to Override in the original topic, it must then be seconded by another
     Underhusen Member

This bill is now on the floor for debate. Any member of the Underhusen may motion this for a vote after 48 hours of debate. Once the motion is seconded, the vote will commence.

Would you please clarify what Override means. That would be very much appreciated.

I have added an extra area to help clarify what Override means. It pretty much means to pass a law even though the Overhusen vetoed it by meeting the requirements I stated, and later stated in the constitution.
