"Hmmm..." I dash forward, already lagging behind some of the group, to get closer to the man.
Action: Kazallu simultaneously searches the man we plan to kill's mind for a reason to his death.

Sharq, already up high and far ahead of his team mates, ran out farther along the beam he was on. He missed his rifle at times like these, but he'd have to work with his straight silver, which he drew now, from it's sheath at his waist. His two tomahawks, in their sheaths as well, would only hinder his climbing.

Action: Sharq draws his blade and gets closer to the center of the room through a long protrusion.

"Son of a..."

Action: Ethan steps over the barrier and causes it to explode, sending him shooting down towards the man.

Nick jumps toward the right-hand wall, magnetically pulling himself slightly for more distance. While in the air, he heats a knife and slingshots it toward the man with his power.

Action: Nick magnetically propels an extremely hot knife at the man while simultaneously performing an evasive maneuver, unless the path of the knife would be blocked by a party member, in which case he heats the knife and examines the room after evading.

"Damn it!" -I look around the room for something else to use-

Action: Phoenix looks for something else to use

Martha rolls toward the man, trying to get a better shot, she then pulls her guns and braces her arms against each other.

Action: Martha shoots at the man with both guns

Edgar is disheartened that only Kazallu has seemed to listen to him in spite of the man they're supposed to kill not taking any hostile actions so far, and he briefly considers doing nothing and sulking to the back of the group. However, he realizes that he came to prove himself and that allowing himself to be ignored and sulking about it would only prove himself as a failure. Another idea stries, but he isn't sure if it will work at all, or if so by how much, but he figures even if it works very slightly on only some people, it may still give Kazallu slightly more time to do...whatever she's doing.

Action: Edgar attempts to individually fatigue the entire party except for himself and Kazallu.

Klause observed the nail having no effect on the man. It didn't unduly bother him - he'd seen people survive even his most powerful attacks before with no effort from them. He noticed a faint weariness beginning to wash over him, and closed his eyes.

The lines on his arms that had glowed softly previously blazed into life. Even Klause's hair lit up in a bright white flash. With his eyes closed, his perception ability had no target, and instead started to inform him about everything in his immediate area - including his teammates and the mysterious target.

Action: Klause uses his power for its perception and precognition capabilities. (OOC: Gamemaster, you might want to tell me what sort of things I can now tell about everyone)

GM: Again, the man is unfazed by bullet and knife. All except Kazallu and Edgar are fatigued.

From the mysterious man, Kazallu only finds a jumble of words, none making any sense.

Klause, I'm going to ask that you don't do that, mostly because you haven't specified what level of detail, area of effect, and I don't want to type out that whole damn thing.

I stop running. "Huh, how odd... That hasn't happened before. I wonder... Maybe he'll just tell us if I ask." I shout to the man "Hey, why are we supposed to kill you?"

Upon hearing Kazallu speak, Nick stops moving, still tense and ready to move, but waiting for a reply.

While I am tired, I crouch down to try and think. I decide to look around for an access terminal of sorts

Action: Looks for an access terminal that I can use

Edgar looks up at Kazallu after she asks the question, and is left wondering why that course of action never came to mind himself. His respect for her grows further. He also notices that Phoenix also started taking alternative action, and is pleased that his idea kinda worked, although he's surprised that he managed to fatigue everyone that he wanted. Edgar crouches silently to preserve mental strength, looking across and observing their efforts.

Sharq, woozy with a sudden fatigue, looses his precarious balance and falls from his perch on the metal strut. On the way down, his knife slips from his grasp and falls separately.

Martha, suddenly very tired, falls to her knees and takes a breather.
