Alrighty.  In that case, the motion passes.

I actually lied, and the discussion will in reality end on September 27th at 5:16PM Pacific Time (I accidentally counted today in my original calculation), in which a motion must be made once more.

...but we're not going to be able to do that.

Well obviously that's just the deadline.  Anyone can make a motion anytime before that, it's not like you're confined to only make it at the deadline. 

And likewise, the 27th should be long enough to decide on what we want the seats to be.
