Lol, I didn't even know he was your mentor. Trust me, no one would accuse you of favouritism or of being a sheep. This is a problem that has frustrated the hell out of many people.

And yes, the laws we currently do have would simply become someone else's problem, like the Riksråd and the Monarch, as well as the Overhusen since Reon seems to want to keep us alive.

For now, let's just decide whether we should focus on keeping the Storting and trying to fix it, or doing away with it. We can have a process for exact proposals and details afterwards.

Another 24 hours and we still can't get the entire Underhusen to respond.

In any case, I have decided to create a Constitutional Convention to continue this discussion. While I was not initially inclined to move in that direction, it's problematic that a majority of the Underhusen supports the dissolution of the body and the remaining members haven't responded at all. It seems to me that the next step is to discuss the issue as a region and go from there.

As for why I want to keep the overhusen alive? It doesn't really do anything except veto just blatantly terrible law... Not much bickering, very calm, appointed, and it can still be overruled... Doesn't hold almost any power except making advice from some of the brightest and most sensible in our region... Which has proved fantastic... It very very rarely sucks actual time away from the actual player and it's always from people who can make that effort without too much trouble... Except for maybe Wintermoot who actually has so many things on his plate that I would die from the same stress...
