Section I: Basic Information
1) What is the name of your Wintreath nation? The Arctic Beehive

2) Do you have nations in any other regions? If so, where? Also, do you serve in any official roles in any of them? If so, what are they? Ingoesr, in The North Pacific. I formerly served on the World Assembly but do not anymore.

3) Are you new to NationStates? I started several months ago.

4) Would you like a mentor to help you learn your way around Wintreath? That would be lovely.

5) What timezone are you in? Eastern US

6) How did you find out about Wintreath? I think I stumbled across it in lists of regional embassies.

Section II: Interests
There are many things that you can get involved with here in Wintreath, both to help the region and just for fun! Based on your answers to the questions below, we will help you get involved in any aspect of the region that you're interested in so you can hit the ground running fast. Indicating interest here does not commit you to joining any aspect of the region, but will help us guide you to where you want to be here.

1) Are you interested in being part of our regional military? No.

2) Are you interested in forum roleplays (character, national, etc)? Possibly.

3) Are you interested in playing in our Minecraft server? No.

4) Are you interested in general region-wide games, such as Civilization V? If so, what games would you like to see? I don't think so, but the thought is a bit intriguing.

5) Are you interested in regional politics (elections, running for legislature, writing bills, etc.)? Yes.

6) Are you interested in general community discussions? Yes.

7) Are you interested in serving as a diplomat or an ambassador to another region? Probably not.

Are you interested in regional journalism (writing articles for inclusion in regional publications)? Yes! Absolutely yes. I'd love to help write, edit, and/or proofread for any of the regional publications.

9) Are you interested in creating graphics for the regional website? Nope.

10) If you have any other interests you'd like to pursue in the region, please tell us about them! We can make just about anything happen as long as people are interested in doing it. I'm mainly interested in regional journalism, so.

Section II: Introductions and Questions
Please take a moment to introduce yourself to your future region-mates, or ask us any questions that you may have. Well, um...hey, Wintreath. I'm back on NationStates after a bit of a hiatus, and my aim is to be more active in participating in regional goings-on from here on out. I'm a writer and editor, and I would very much love an opportunity to put my abilities to use here in Wintreath. Feel free to visit us over here in The Arctic Beehive––we don't bite! (And we only sting when absolutely necessary. Just be civil and we won't. ) I'm excited to get started here! 

Welcome to Wintreath! I'm glad that you're back and found your way over to the forum. @Point Breeze will assign a mentor to you soon, but if you have any questions or anything feel free to post here! I'm also flagging our Jarl of Information, @HannahB, because she's actually been looking for people to work with regional publications, and it sounds like you're enthusiastic in that area.

Otherwise, just poke around and post anywhere that seems interesting! I hope that you enjoy being in the region with us.
