I think we had a fairly successful, if not always eventful, session of the UH for the last two months. Opinions were always varied, and each member of the UH really brought a unique and valid perspective to the proceedings. Indeed, the fact that we ended up agreeing on anything was quite the feat.

We really developed a good culture of discussing everything to death in the Citizen's Platform before finally passing laws, and I think I can say that we made good decisions, if not always free from controversy.

I will not be campaigning in a similar manner to last time, both because of RL obligations (it's exam time, after all), and because I don't really need to campaign without having my experience speaking for itself now that I've actually had a seat in the UH.

I've seen that the UH's goals can really change with the seasons, as the NPO/NLO situation and Govindia's Citizenship Revocation showed, so I conclude that a fine trait for a skrifa to posses would be adaptability, but not conformity.

With that in mind, ask me questions, look at the various decisions I've made, and really decide for yourselves whether I deserve to serve in the UH for another term.

I really, really want to get the court systems out of the way, finally. The problem is that no one can completely agree, ever. That said, even if I have to try and get chosen as the Speaker to do so, I really want to finally get around to that.

Also, there is still a lot of room for refinement of our existing laws.

I am hesitant to make any promises, however, as the current session didn't manage to live up to all the promises made, although we were successful, over all. It's not always within my hands, or any of the other Skrifa's hands either.

It would be foolish not to maintain the status quo we've set up during this session either, especially the maximal level of citizen involvement in our discussions.

So I don't really have all that many goals, really. The current session has really done a good job of eliminating some of the problems we've been faced with.

All I can really promise is that I will continue to be active and contributing, barring some heavily unforeseen circumstances.

It must be nice for members of the Storting to run for re-election off an active and successful session for once.

I don't really have any questions at this point, but I wanted to say that it was a pleasure working with you and others in the Storting this term.

It's a shame those members are declining to run again, but with the candidates we have, I think we could be alright heading into the future.

Adaptability and change is good, but with a new UH with mostly new Skrifa, how can you preserve the gains we made this term?

You say you're willing to adapt, but you were very quick to push the Revocation Thread through, and wanting a vote to be done before I had a chance to respond.   

I question your ability to be a good legislator when you already seemed to have a biased and prejudicial view of me before i even said anything.  Anytime I disagreed with you, you falsely accused me of baiting, when none of that had happened.

How can people trust you to be a rational, reasonable legislator when you won't respect people equally by giving people a chance to respond before making a judgment?  To make a judgment on someone based on hearsay, which is what you did, is flat out prejudice and bias, pure and simple.  How can we trust you to be fair and impartial as a legislator when you didn't give enough respect to ignore the hearsay?    This is a valid question.

To Point Breeze's question: If I am to be the only one who continues into this session from the previous one, and I see that people begin to veer off from the way we've done things for the last two months, I'll remind them of the benefits of doing things the way we did things, and gently nudge them to continue doing things that way. I can't honestly guarantee it, because I can't control people, but I can try to influence them toward maintaining our status quo.

If worst comes to worst, I'll probably try to get a recall election.

Do not threaten me please.  I asked you a valid question.  You were quick in my view, to judge me without making any attempt to get to know me or actually read what I had to say. 

We need people who don't make such rash judgments, we need people who are rational, logical, and see all sides to a story before making a judgment.

Since you seem to have misunderstood the intent of my post, I'll give you yet another chance.

I'm not threatening you, I'm merely reminding you that if I do give my own valid reasons for doing things the way I did, it could re-ignite the conflict, and you could feel like I'm trying to humiliate you when I'm really just answering your question honestly and rationally.

I have no love of drama, nor of subjecting anyone to further humiliation. I'm just saying that if I answer this, it is likely that you are going to get upset again, and knowing you, and knowing myself, this is going to go to shit fast. Don't take it as a threat. That's not my intent.

I'm not quite over the crushing failure of my organisational skills in Werewolf IV, but yes, I am indeed hosting WW V.

I'm currently working out the logistics, and I'll have something to present for discussion soon, but what I will confirm is that there is a serial killer amongst you this time.

I wouldn't call it a crushing failure in the slightest.  You did an exceptional job regardless of how much host/player interaction happened.

On the subject of your re-election, I think you did an excellent job with the previous term, and I definitely will be voting for you again.

And I'm not merely referring to the player/host interaction, I was admittedly very bad at organising the event from the start. Organisation has never been a particular talent of mine.

It may sound like I'm being exceptionally hard on myself, but all I'm really doing is acknowledging where I've made mistakes in an attempt not to make them again. I'm actually quite chilled about the whole situation, despite how I may exaggerate at times, lol.
