1. The Anti-NPO/NLO citizenship requirement act

Amendments
2. Section 2.1 of the Citizenship and Demonym act shall be amended to read as follows:

2.1 Citizens are required to keep the nation which they gained membership with within the region unless they inform the person (or government agency) empowered to accept or reject citizenship applications by section 2.4 of this act. Citizens also are forbidden from holding citizenship in the New Lazarene Order and/or the New Pacific Order. A monthly sweep shall be conducted to ensure citizens are in compliance. 

This bill regards citizens of Wintreath seeking citizenship in the New Pacific Order or any of the New _____ Order off shoots that it creates.  Skrifa are encouraged to respond and discuss on this topic unless they feel enough discussion has been had, in which case a motion to expedite is open as well.

Well, my position on this has been made... I most assuredly do not approve of this act.

I'll only say that I actually had a discussion with Wintermoot sometime ago through PM, and one of the things I said was that this type of bill would make it difficult to be a double agent (an inside-man, basically) working for Wintreath to gain influence and information in the NPO/NLO that could be used to depose the NLO. The guy who ended up liberating the region used exactly the strategy I mentioned (sorry, I can't remember his name right now).

But since that is over and done, I now no longer see a reason for this legislation not to pass. I would be comfortable if you made a motion to expedite. I would just like to abstain, because I still have reservations about allowing this to pass.

The motion passes.  Would anyone be against my editing the title to add "Regarding" at the beginning?  I realized on my way home that the way it sounds more like a bill centered to it with that word at the beginning.  It's not a huge deal, though. 

I'm not against it, it helps keep formats similar to... If anything I support you changing it.
