I FIGURED OUT THE NEXT STEP! I realized it's literally a Hexadecimal representation of a string, so I ran it through a Hex to ASCII converter and it has come up with this:

Heh, well to be completely fair I just happened to have a random hunch and I decided to test it out...which was the third encoding before the final step...and from there just happened to be a bit lucky

From what I can tell, BraveSirRobin solved up to second-to-last step in about 5 minutes, but got stumped by the last step.

The first link is an audio recording of morse code. Decoding it by hand was very fun! It's not often I receive morse code via audio. It translates to "WINTREATH WHY IS YOUR MESSAGE SO HARD STOP" The second link is the same message played more slowly just in case the first one was too fast. I assume the third recording is also the same message, played even slower than the second.

Don't give up New Hyperion! You guys are doing so well! Only two other regions have gotten to where you are. You are so close! Keep it up, the end of the month is still a ways away. ^_^
