    The run-off is concluded (kinda), and here are the results:

    Sapphiron: 13
    Chanku: 8
    Point Breeze: 8

    Congratulations to Sapphiron, who wins one of the seats! The other seat will be determined in a second run-off between Point Breeze and Chanku, which I will open soon.
