And we've reached the end! Well, kinda. There's a reason that I've encouraged everyone to vote in this election even more than past ones, because the results were just so damn close the entire way through for some people. Even as I recorded a few last-day votes today, the winners and losers shifted and changed with each vote, to end up where we are now, which is...

There were also nine abstention votes.

It's a three-way!
Laurentus, Reon, and Pengu win their seats outright! Sapphiron, Chanku, and Point Breeze head into a run-off which I will start shortly to determine who will win the remaining two seats, meaning this election is not quite over yet. To all the candidates, I appreciate everything you put into this election...it was heartening to see so many people want to contribute in the Underhusen. I will be in contact with everyone that did not win a seat to see how they can best contribute to the region in other ways, if that's something that they want.

Of course, with Pengu and possibly Point Breeze winning seats in the Underhusen, I will also need to name replacements in the Overhusen, which I hope to do in the next few days. Stay tuned for that.

But in the meantime, my congratulations to everyone on campaigns well-run.

CONGRATS, everyone! Pengu, Laurentus, I am sure you will be an absolute joy to work with this term!

In all fairness Insectum I've had many an election where I won without campaigning in any way. Even when going against those who had campaigned.

I infested moved to the region when you weren't looking, and now that I've built nice cozy nests in dark areas out of everyone's reach, you'll never be rid of me have to worry about me leaving.
