    2) The following shall be added to the Code of Criminal Laws:

    This is something for a Royal Decree, not the Underhusen.

    I'm not a fan of fascists (fuck them), but it'd make more sense to relegate power to the monarch and let them dictate citizenship unilaterally vs. just labeling fuckwits as ineligible.

    Making gameplay actions illegal functionally bars someone from citizenship by virtue of them being in violation of our laws.

    I know various people who have infiltrated nazi regions, and doing so requires actual GP action.

    Legally speaking there is no requirement to be in compliance with our laws until one is a citizen. Even then legally speaking the Citizenship and Demonym act contains no requirement for being in line with our laws.

    Also it's classification as a Major Crime would prevent the removal of citizenship anyway.

    Edit: Also as the Jarl of Defense, Defense itself has a Defending only policy, excluding Warzone raids.
