Welcome to Wintreath! It's good to hear from Mordor...actually, we've never had relations before, but that just means now is as good a time as any to start having them.

Mordor's consulate is here and I've masked you as an ambassador. We'll send someone over there as soon as possible.

No rush at all. We are in a phase where we aren't doing any regional government at the minute.
