    Repealed Sections
    2. This shall rescind and repeal "Statement on Wintreathan Mobilization in
        Defense of Lazarus", as passed by the 5th Underhusen.

    Alright so this is still technically around, and I just feel we should give formality to the end of the agreement by formally stating that it no longer applies in a repeal of the statement. Because this is something concerning only the UH it does not need to go to the OH.

    Also this now has the 48 hour debate period, unless expedited. After the 48 hour period a Skrifa may motion to extend the debate, bring this to a vote or table it.
