Felicity looks around at the scene and tries to piece together what's happened here, shrugs and sits next to the fireplace with a warm cup of chocolate.

-drinks a winter hammer-

* Wintermoot wonders where @Aubrey has gone off to

*appears in a puff of smoke*

The tavern door slowly creaks open, letting a rush of cold air inside. Elbbsas quickly shoves it shut again. She shivers and pushes back the hood of her cloak. After a moment to collect herself, she hurries to take a seat. All the while she stares at Aubrey.

"Wha--? Are you a wizard?! Holy moly, that was cool!"

Elbbsas starts trying to chip the ice off of her boots, still staring with an amazed expression.

Elbbsas waves, which looks odd considering she is holding her boot in that hand. She abruptly realizes this and puts it back on.

"Hi! I'm Elbbsas -- weird name, I know. What'cha looking for?"

Hello new person!  I'm Govindia!  Former (sort of) member of this region, just relaxing until I get some things sorted. 

Just trying to see if I can get a meal and a drink here, ma'am.   Would you care to join me?

"Nice to meet you! And a meal sounds delightful, I've been walking for too long. Erm, but the only things I drink are water and stupidly sugary soft drinks, so hopefully I can find some of that."

Elbbsas starts scanning the bar for said stupidly sugary soft drinks, and to her surprise actually finds some.

"I'm afraid that this is my first time here. Do you know if this establishment has any specialties? And where the prices for these drinks are?"

An amused chuckle from the back corner table accompanies Elbbsas's incredulous expression, and the Lord Inquisitor emerges from shadow in his usual seat. With a smile, he addresses the newcomer.

"Here at the Frostbite Tavern, all the drinks are on the house. Or Wintermoot's tab, I can never remember which. Not that it makes much difference! As for specialties, you should talk to Aubrey, who is the keeper of this fine establishment."

"Speaking of which... Welcome back, Aubrey! And hello, Gov!"

The Lord Inquisitor directs his attention back to Elbbsas.  "Sorry for interjecting...and not introducing myself. I am Lord Inquisitor Colberius X, of New Hyperion."

Elbbsas blinks several times in shock. In a somewhat strangled tone, she says, "Holy fletching flip you gave me a fright. Are you a wizard too? How did you do that? I could have sworn that seat was empty, but then again I'm not the most observant fellow in the world so that could explain that. Ah, yup."

She abruptly realizes that she is babbling.

"Sorry. Um, it is nice to meet you, Inquisitor. Wait, when you say that the drinks are on the house, do you mean that I need to climb up onto the roof to get them, or what? Gosh, that would be tricky. Are these just for display then?"

Elbbsas gestures at the drinks behind the bar, a cheeky grin on her face.

"Not a wizard. Merely a psyker."

He smirks at her second set of questions. "You're welcome to check the roof if you'd like, but I'd recommend sticking with these drinks here."

With a grin and a nod, Elbbsas starts looking for a drink.

"I think I'll pass on that. It's grown a bit chilly outside, and while that would be great for cold storage, it's not so great for toes and fingers. Hm. Is there any L&P here, that would be awesome...."

Elbbsas trails off and keeps looking. Clearly, there are a lot of bottles.

*Emerges from a pile of pillows, begins searching for his pants and shirts*

"Grab any bottle you like sugga, get your drink on..."
