The evidence may not be strong enough for action to be taken, but it's clear from the posted logs you were trying to stir the pot.  I could pull several logs I have of you harassing me for hours, in which you were abrasive. My point references not just this instance, but also your checkered past.

Even if you did resolve your differences, the damage was still done.

There was no "damage".  The complaint is frivolous and doesn't hold up. 

People's inability to communicate effectively, and being criticised for it, does not amount to harassment and personal attacks.

As stated the issues I had with Denth were resolved, so this complaint is completely irrelevant as well, coupled with the fact that Wintreath has no legal jurisdiction over IRC, as shown in past instances.

The amendment isn't actually law until it's accepted by the Overhusen and by the people. Until then, section III of the Fundamental Laws and the Judicial Offices Act are the laws regulating our judiciary.

So from now on when I am unhappy in the way you have spoke to me you need to be checked? It is just opinion surely.

I ask the members of the Underhusen to please note my withdrawal of this case. If other members wish to pursue their own charges, I urge them to do so. Having discussed our differences, I no longer feel a case against Govindia is necessary.
