I do hereby submit this request before our honourable house for its consideration. I ask this honourable house to consider the evidence before them and determine whether or not they believe this case has enough evidence to go to trial. Yeah, this is bullshit, far fetched.  i wasn't even notified of this.

Dawsinian and I spoke and resolved all of the matters I had wanted to speak with him about, and he made no mention of this at the time of discussion this evening. 

Someone please close this thread.  I'll also point out that unless it's legislated, IRC is not under Wintreath jurisdiction.  Prior threads have demonstrated that.

The charge of demanding information from a fellow Wintrean in regard to personal affairs is debatable to the most tenuous degree. He politely asked via query why you did not vote for him in the most recent elections, a question to which you did not reply. After asking you to query him back once in the general chat, and having received your answer, he did not bring up the topic again.

If one notes the timestamps on the selected IRC logs, they will see that the purported belligerence took its due course within the span of under six minutes. While one could make the argument, and argue it well, that the volume of criticisms and certainly the content was downright obnoxious, it simply does not constitute harassment. If his behavior had stretched out to even say ten minutes, or he insulted you personally, or he acted via steam or private messages, if this were a marked pattern of ongoing haranguing towards you, you might have a valid case, but I'm afraid the marked answer is none of the above.

With all due respect Denth, Stark and Govindia are right. This proposal is an egregious waste of time.

Unless of course any member of The Riksrad, Storting, or The Royal Family can produce more evidence.

Govindia, we all know you have a history of being abrasive towards members when they don't vote for you/pick you to be their Thane/you don't get your way. Although there may be a lack of evidence, I for one am glad Denth is bringing this forward. You have been allowed to act unchecked for too long.
