Hi, I'm fairly new to Wintreath's politics, but I have been carefully dipping into it over the past few months, and I think it's now time for my first candidancy. I'm probably better known from the IRC, so to introduce myself shortly, I'm a Finnish student currently serving civillian service in a government office.

If I'm elected, my main objectives will be to work towards active and efficient Storting and to deepen the dialog between concerned citizens and the members of Storting. I would also be looking into twining more culture into our political landscape, strenghtening the meaning of Storting in a way that's fun for the citizens and rewarding for your elected representatives.

I will do my best to answer any questions.

In your opinion, what does it mean to be an ideal Skrifa?

State one quality that you possess that makes you an ideal Skrifa.

State one quality that you would like to have/develop to be an ideal Skrifa.

State one flaw that can be found in our laws, how you would correct it and whether you would correct it should you be elected.

If you are ever forced to pick between "Rank" and "Friendship", what would you do?

Ideal skrifas are loyal both to our beloved Monarch and all the citizens. Skrifas are the voice of the citizens, and their utmost duty is to safeguard and cherish our citizens welfare. There may be many paths to fulfill this important task.

Integrity.

State one quality that you would like to have/develop to be an ideal Skrifa.

While it may not be obvious at all times, I would like to improve (if that counts) my confidence.

State one flaw that can be found in our laws, how you would correct it and whether you would correct it should you be elected.

Unless I'm mistaken, our laws don't currently allow the temporary transfer of voting rights to another Skrifa in the unfortunate case that Skrifa becomes temporarily unable to attend his or her duties. This would be a supplemental part to my bigger theme of allowing both citizens and Skrifas form pacts to unify for their cause, and something that I'd definately work to accomplish.

If you are ever forced to pick between "Rank" and "Friendship", what would you do?

Rank in a situation where I have already accepted a duty and fulfilling it means saying no to friendship. Friendship in a situation where an opportunity of advancement is presented to me, but accepting it would harm my friendships.

I stick with my initial answer and maintain that there are correct circumstances for both. In a tabula rasa -sort of situation I would choose friendship.
