The Ministry of Culture is very happy to announce the return of our wonderful Jarl, the Countess of Bain, Miss Meindhart.
As you are probably all aware, the Countess' health has been less than stellar of late. However, she has decided that while her health has not improved any great lengths, it has also not gotten worse, thus she will be returning to her duties posthaste.

We have many plans in the works, and look forward to having Miss Meindhart's guiding light back at the helm.

Welcome back Amalya, also, I think Wintermoot never accepted her resignation

Her resignation was never accepted. She officially remained the Jarl of Culture. And somehow I feel that Wintermoot would have no problem reinstating her.

Welcome back, Amalya. I'm so very very pleased to have you back! And maybe this time... I'll actually get to know you.

Welcome back...I'm glad to see you officially rejoin our community and retake the helm of culture.
