Hello everyone and welcome to our very first Werewolf! For anyone that needs a refresher from the signup page:
Roles:
Knightman: At night, this villager can touch the brand on his hand and become Knightman; a burly man dawning glittering silver armor with a blue cape. Knightman has the power to defend a player each night. Simply speak to the stars in the sky and tell them who you wish to defend, and it shall be done. Knightman cannot defend the same person twice in a row.
Seerman: At night, this villager can touch the brand on his hand and become Seerman; a meek man with a powerful intellect, dawning brilliant white robes with a silver cape and carrying a white oak staff. Seerman has the power to scan a player each night. Simply ask the stars about someone in the group, and they shall tell you that person’s role.
Wolfman (2): At night, these villagers can touch the brand on their hands and become Wolfman: a huge and intimidating man-beast that prays on human flesh, using its camouflage fur to blend into the cover of night. Both players work together as Wolfman, deciding together each night who to kill next. If one dies, the other will continue the work alone.
Everyman (4): These villagers were given the short end of the stick, having no unique powers whatsoever outside of the power of teamwork. During each night, these villagers will sleep in their homes. During each day, the villagers will work together to figure out which of the group are Wolfman, and which are the good guys. They will vote as a majority against who they think is a Wolfman, and the player with the most votes against them will be killed.
Rules:
*Every Day Phase is 48 hours, and every Night Phase is 24 hours.
*You can skip voting/talking for a day phase (but will be regarded as suspicious by other players), but consecutive skips will result in an inactivity kill.
*To use a night power (IE Knightman defending, etc…), players will PM the Host (aka me) with their victim/target choice. Defender targets will always get defended no matter what order they post (as long as it's before the deadline), and likewise Seer targets will always get successfully scanned (but the seer may still get killed in the same night if they were chosen as the night victim).
*Dead players cannot give hints as to what they know, but are welcome to watch the game even after death (as ghosts).
*If you’re not sure of who you want to vote against/accuse, you can say “Vote: No kill.” If you DO have a choice, you can say “Vote: Kill (name here).”
*If you don’t have a player you want to accuse, it’s alright. A victim of the majority vote is not required for each day phase.
*Good guys win if both Wolfman players are dead. Bad guys will win if there are an equal number of Wolfman versus players.
And here's the story so far...
The night sky cleared from the previous, mysterious night and dawned onto a new day for the village. Most were hesitant to step out of their houses after the strange events from the previous day, though a handful walked the streets cautiously, keeping on the lookout for the Wolfman. These villagers were there during the events of the previous day, forever marked as they began their quest to rid the village of the notorious Wolfman forever.
As they made their rounds, a frantic woman ran quickly in tears as she stumbled along the way, being quickly picked up by one of the villagers. "Are you alright?" The villager asked as the woman shook her head. "T-there's someone over there...but...but..." she struggled to say as her face began to flood with tears. One of the villagers in the group looked at another, as they both made their way quickly to where the woman was pointing. They had made their way and slowed, sensing they were near as the feeling of death had filled the air. As they looked down, they were face to face with a dead villager, bloody and mangled by some wild animal....though some of the body looked as if it was violently ripped apart, suggesting that it could have been none other than the wolfman.
Making their way back to the group, the villagers walked with even more caution and determination in each step. Would they find the wolfman in time?
