Welcome to Wintreath! We're honored to have you here, and we're very interested in pursuing relations with The East Pacific. I read over your application and your response to Nox's request for embassies on TEP's forums, and I have some questions so I can determine what needs to be done with your application, in terms of masking and administrative actions.

You mentioned that you're here as an optimistic observer, and you replied to Nox that you're specifically concerned about how new our region is. I'm a little unclear as to what our current status with The East Pacific is...are you determining as an observer if we're a candidate for relations, or do we already have official relations of a sort? Will we be receiving communications from The East Pacific during this observation period?
