Preamble
  In the region of Wintreath there is no member more disruptive than Govindia. With this statement, and the signers of this initiative, we believe that Govindia should be either removed from the region or at the very least face consequences for his actions.

Reasons why you should sign this

• Govindia, in the 8 months, 16 days, and 17 hours and 24 minutes(at the time of writing) has contributed very little to Wintreath.
• He has harrassed nearly every Jarl that there ever has been by begging for Thane then aggressivly questioning their decision. Amalya once had to issue a C&D to Govindia.
• Most of the things he does brings unnecessary and avoidable drama to the region
• Govindia has never once faced the consequences of actions in Wintreath, and has never learned to not act the way he does(as he views it as acceptable), even after being banned from regions(and then complaining about his punishment).

What this Intiative seeks to achive

• The revocation of Govindia's Citizenship and a banning him from reapply at the most
• For Govindia to face punishment for his actions at the very least.

The Monarchy recognizes this initiative proposal in line with Article IV Sections 4-6 of the Fundamental Laws.

There were 23 voters in the last election...thus, pursuant to Article IV Section 5, this initiative needs six signatures from them including that of the petitioner by 9/11 6:39PM Eastern Time to be included in the next election.

I would like to note that the petitioner is not innocent at all in this mess.

He has repeatedly trolled me just to start an argument.

He directly disobeyed an order initially when in the military just because he didn't agree with the flag design.

He complained about being removed from the cabinet for failing to meet activity requirements then complaining about not getting recognition.

He impersonated an OP on IRC, which is considered against general IRC etiquette and conventions, to harass me about repeatedly getting a job.

He has repeatedly claimed to be superior to me even though A. he openly admitted to not wanting to get a job due to laziness and B. believing that college is worthless for a technology-based degree.  His ego and condescension is at times, worse that a combination of both Tim and Alterra's.

In short, this petition is completely baseless and wholly exaggerated.

I'm active on the forums, just because I'm not in government doesn't mean I haven't contributed.  I have also donated for the region, one of the few that have.

I have not harassed every Jarl at all.  I have a right to question their reasoning as to removal and I have a right to expect a reasonable answer as to why I was not selected for Thane, or any other decision that affects me.  Every citizen has that right.  Even you yourself said you had the right to question things when justifying why you refused to follow orders in the Wintreath Hvitt Riddaral regarding your flag.

Most of the things I do bring unnecessary drama to the region?  Yes, sure exaggerate why don't you.  You probably missed the period (delibrately) where I was absent for some time because I was dealing with the aftermath of my beloved cat's death.  Maybe you don't love animals, and I'm sorry you don't, but I have real life matters that take much more precedent than a game, or from a 14 year old child who believes he knows more than Wintermoot and other people that are far more experienced in various aspects of life than himself.

You have openly admitted to being irritating at times, which essentially has happened when you have trolled me, and also pretended to be an op just to harass me about getting a job.  What you did was harassment, and before I apologise for my outburst, you need to apologise for your behaviour.  This isn't the first time you've mocked my unemployment before, and that's uncalled for.  I have been actively looking for work, while you have not.  axis_of_evil deliberately says that to you because he's 1. joking, and 2. knowing that you're lazy. 

As to the consequences of my actions, your memory seems to be hazy.  I have been punished for actions in the past, both on this forum and on IRC, and I have apologised when I have been in the wrong.  Logs dating back to December probably will show all that. 

I've contributed to the WIntreath Hvitt Riddaral and actively served on missions.  i contribute to the social areas of Wintreath where I am able.  You don't need to be a member of the husens or the Cabinet to contribute to Wintreath.  Each person has their own way of contributing to this region.  I have also been personal friends with people that have been significant in this region.  Hell, even Jonewest and I have reconciled, as well as Raven and myself.  Of course, you weren't around for any of that because you weren't online when that all happened. 

It is illogical to demand citizenship revocation when you are not getting your way.  You are overreacting and behaving irrationally.

You refuse to admit ever, when you are wrong.  When you've been confronted with arguments in debates about say, Microsoft's code of conduct policies or say, piracy, with points that proved your arguments wrong, you simply replied with "Meh".  You refused to ever concede wrongdoing, and expect things to go your way.  I myself have admitted wrongdoing in the past and have apologised, but I will not  be intimidated by harassment or cyber bullying when another party (like yourself) refuses to hold itself accountable or be held accountable by others.

I can see also your influence with the GRA to also show in your increasing personal attacks against me since you became a member of the GRA.  There have been instances where you have been punished for flaming me or trolling me on IRC and you not once ever apologised for those actions.  You have been one of the leading people that's caused my karma to go more into the negative than positive, showing your negative bias by deliberately disliking my posts out of pure spite, another example of trolling, albeit in a passive form.

So before you think I'm the sole bad guy here, consider the fact that Chanku here isn't some shining white knight, far from it.

The reasons that have been given on top contain little information, so the draft...was not made properly.
Apart from that, he is not the only one that has contributed little for the region or not at all.
He was not the only one to attack the Jarls as well...since we are talking about freedom, I do believe that a little critising is welcomed. I think people are taking some things way too seriously here...

I just wanted to state...if people want to sign, they should do so. This isn't a binding statement...even if it were to pass at election, it's just a statement expressing that this is the way the Citizenry feels. That being said, considering the content Gov has a right to defend himself, and that isn't really attacking someone unless it gets unduly personal or goes into flaming.

Given that Wintermoot confirmed here that the IRC is not covered by the regional laws, attempting to use the legal system at this point is tantamount to bullying.

Are you trying to turn Wintreath into a dictatorship, where any discontent will result in a banjection? Because this is how shit like that starts.
 
You need to sort your issues out among yourselves, or learn to use the IRC ignore function. Not try to push somebody out of the region because you can't get along.
