Statement on Wintrean Mobilization in Defense of Lazarus

1. Title
1.1 This Non-Binding Resolution shall be cited as the Statement on Wintrean Mobilization in Defense of Lazarus

2. Notes
2.1 Noting the official position of Wintreath Foreign Affairs, according to Royal Decree 002, as including the following:
2.1.1 "Wintreath shall not recognize 'The Fraternal Order of Osiris' as the legitimate government of Osiris"
2.1.1 "Wintreath shall make itself available to any refugees which are purged by Osiris by the current Delegate"
2.2 Noting the People's Republic of Lazarus and the Frozen Realm of Wintreath ratified a treaty on 10 December 2013, that contains the following:
2.2.1 "The signatories agree to come to the defense of their respective counterparts if requested to do so by the legitimate, authroized leadership of the asking party" (Article One, Sec. 2)
2.2.2 "Defense can entail sending nations who are involved in the army of the respective regions to supply in-game endorsements on requested nations..." (Article One, Sec. 3)
2.3 Noting on 28 August 2014, the "Osiris Fraternal Order" has declared war on the People's Republic of Lazarus by act of the Deshret

3. Statement
3.1 Affirming the Frozen Realm's commitment to her allies in the People's Republic, and
3.2 Condemning the actions of those who oppose the Realm's sworn allies,
3.3 The Underhusen of Wintreath hereby endorses an immediate and indefinite military response with the goals of protection of native citizens of the People's Republic and maintaining the Republic's stability and current government
3.3.1 The Underhusen of Wintreath calls upon all nations willing and able to voluntarily enlist in the Hvitt Riddaral and the Skydande Vakt, and asks them to serve honorably in defense of our allies.
