Hehe... Next to? No... It's actually impossible. Amalya, in the defense of your points you had a really sucky leader... In civ 4 he was very very powerful and they just nerfed the ever living hell out of him in civ 5...

That's very true. He also wasn't my first choice, but I have no regrets.

I haven't played the game much, because it got boring after the beginning and I never really felt like I was ruling an empire. Since you all enjoy the game, do you think I should give it another try?

If you want to, sure! Personally I think all games are better when playing with other people, anyway.

Game 2
Wintermoot vs Reon vs V1no12 (Reon's friend) vs Leutheria vs four AI Civs

Another fun game...we played until 80BC, but I think I personally did much better this game. I was able to repeal the barbarians pretty quickly, get my cities in order, and get enough workers to quickly develop everything. My main problem is that I didn't invest anything into faith buildings, and someone got to Stonehenge before me, so I was pretty SoL when it came to religions.

Near the end of the game, one of the AI Civs (Aztecs) declared war on me...I had just repealed their initial invasion and was about to launch my own counterinvasion when we decided to end the game. But I know I would've won.

At the conclusion of the game, Reon had 264 points, Leuth had 237, I had 226, and V1no12 had 208.

Yeah, it's just hard to get people from so many timezones together...hopefully next time you'll both be able to play.

Game 3
Wintermoot vs Reon vs Govindia

This was actually a fairly interesting game...based on feedback from the last game we opted not to do AI Civs, leaving it to just the three of us. Reon and I spawned on opposites sides of a mid-sized donut-shaped continent, complete with interior lake, while Govindia spawned on a separate continent and was only discovered after we could get caravels out.

I scored the only hostile takeover of the game, conquering the city-state of Geneva...otherwise, it was mostly build and fight off barbarians! We got to about 1718AD in game. At the conclusion, these were the scores:

Wintermoot: 1088 points
Govindia: 530 points
Reon: 487 points
