I might have misread Orca's post, sorry. I thought he was running one.

Just creating a map for anyone who wants a place on it for now. Will definitely keep you in the loop

OK Guys and Girls, This is the unveiling of the Unofficial Wintreath Nation RP Map (OB version 1.0)

I am revealing it in Civil Service first to allow the major regional players to claim homelands first. You need not be active in RP to claim a homeland as you may be active as such at a later time

What I will need are a few things from each of you.
1 – Location on the map
2 – general shape of your nation (coastlines can be easily changed)
3 – any major topographical features such as rivers, lakes, mtns in your nation (if you want them mapped)
4 – Major cities and their locations  (if you want them mapped)

1) South-Eastern land mass, the one separated by a strait from the lowest right hand side land mass.

2)The general shape of the land mass will do.

3) There are some oasis scattered about, usually with a settlement next to it. There is a mountain range, The Juten Craigs, that lies to the South (Eastern portion of the peninsula), and the desert begins to hit plains and grasslands to the North. There are a handful of rivers scattered about(Important river, Esencer River, that runs from the centre of the land mass out to the Northern age)

4) Silom, situated  around the middle of the Esencer River.

Oh, that's nice. I like the topography additions in particular.

On the top left-hand corner, could I have the island, the small island above it, and a part of the peninsula to the right of it? I'm happy with the shape of the coastline as it is, but the far west and middle of the larger island and the middle of the peninsula portion would have mounts, as if it were a mountain range going down roughly the center. There would would be one river going down the mountain range to the coast on the peninsula portion, but it would be frozen over. The capital of Winthelm would be on the frozen river up in the mountains.

We are thinkingnof turning this into a political / geographical map combo.  What do you guys think?

He's drawing geography into it...looks like it's already a combo.
