1. Title
  1.1 This shall be titled the Citizen's Privacy Act
2. Amendments
  2.1 Article V of the Fundamental Laws shall add the following Section:

9. Citizens shall not have to reveal any form of private conversations or correspondence, including, but not limited to, IRC queries, forum PMs, private IRC channels and Steam chats.

Although the reason why Steam is mentioned in this is to restrict the government's power, it would also make the Fundamental Laws recognize foreign places, such as websites or internet applications which have nothing to do with NS, as already having had been part of the government's jurisdiction and thus being the logical reason as to why it would be mentioned in this privacy act; because it would mean that currently the government has control over Steam and the chats that take place there and what citizens do in there, which would be the reason why we have to mention the chats that take place there as private and protected from the government; but if a certain channel through which people can communicate through isn't part of the government's jurisdiction then there's no way the government can force you to reveal private conversations, so there would be no point in mentioning it (especially as an example, which then implies many other channels outside of the government's jurisdiction).

Also sorry for not posting this in the debate thread, I never really got the time to fully write out my opinion. It's been a really busy month for me.
