1. Title
  1.1 This shall be titled the Charax Romanov Act
2. Honorary Citizenship
  2.2 The Ex-Crown Prince and Jarl of Foreign Affairs Charax Romanov shall be
       granted Honorary Citizenship.
3. Commendation
  3.1 Charax shall receive the Commendation of Wintreath for the following
    3.1.1 Running the Foreign Affairs Department.
    3.1.2 Being a major Contributor to the Fundamental Laws
    3.1.3 Being the first Crown Prince of Wintreath
4. Holiday
  4.1 Upon, October 21 The Festival of Charax shall begin. The festival is to 
       celebrate Charax’s Contribution to Wintreath.
  4.2 Upon a week prior to the date of the Festival, planning must begin by the
       Monarch or his designee, if planning has not already begun. The Monarch or
       his designee may allow members of the Riksrad and the Royal Family make
       suggestions and help plan.

Peers may vote Aye, Nay or Abstain.

I still don't truly like 4.2 but it's much much better than it was before and is suitable now, in my personal opinion.

I still don't care for the holiday piece...the timing is really bad if we ever plan to also have a holiday for our regions' founding, or if we have holidays for other members that joined at around the same time (as many people who came over with me from Spiritus did). Also, 'Festival of Charax' sounds so cultish...like something they would celebrate in North Korea for Kim Jong-il where they would practically worship the eternal leader.

It would be especially interesting if he were to return between now and then to be part of his own festival.

In any case, at least it's legal now, and will pass, but at the same time just reading the replies of my fellow Peers it's obvious that there isn't much enthusiasm for the Act left after previous events involving its initial rejection and the drama in making the Act legal. Such a shame too, in my opinion.
