Alright so Ulkhak and I decided to form a nation within the Minecraft Server, and we created the Kingdom of Isenron! Currently there are only two members, Me and Ulkhak.

We have a constitution and land claims(both placed below) also if anyone has any issues with the land claims(EX: To close to your buildings) then let us know and we will work out something.

NOTE: The Constitution is the FIRST constitution it may be amended at a later date.

First Constitution

    I, Chanku L. Kaizer, hereby establish the Kingdom of Isenron and unify the lands under one king and to establish that I am the only rightful king. This document shall be the supreme law of the land, surpassing even my own decrees.

Article I: Rights of the People

1. Citizens shall have the right to free speech, excluding spamming or
    abusive behavior
2. Citizens shall have the right to the freedom religion
3. Citizens shall have the right to the pursuit of happiness excluding
    destruction of property without permission and unprovoked attacks
4. Citizens shall have the right to leave the Nation at any time,
   excluding during imprisonment for crime or possible trials.

Article II: Powers of the Monarch

1. The Monarch shall be able to appoint and create any office at his or
    her will
2. The Monarch shall be able to grant Citizenship to those that apply
3. The Monarch shall be able to form a Military
4. The Monarch shall be able to appoint a successor
5. The Monarch shall be able to appoint advisors in charge of certain
    positions
6. The Monarch shall be able to make decisions and interpretations
    regarding this document.

Article III: Transitional Government

1. The Government laid out here shall be considered transitory and
    temporary, and upon reaching 10 Citizens a Constitutional Convention
    shall be held to officially form a proper government of our Kindgom

Article IV: Amendments

6. The Monarch shall be allowed to amend this document as he or she
    pleases with consent from any appointed officials he or she has
    selected.

Article V: Ratification

7. This shall be ratified upon the approval of The Monarch.

NOTE: There are a few issues with the mapping software I'm using(I'm actually using 2...) so the map with yellow boarders is larger, and any land shown in our territory in that is apart of our territory, the map with black boarders is only for a better scale of sorts...

I hereby declare that as of today, that all cows living in captivity are to be spared, furthermore, I state that we shall breed them in larger amounts for a period lasting no more that 30 days since the issuing of this Decree

I hereby declare that as of today Citizenship must be granted by the Monarch or appointed person(s). Furthermore I hereby decree that the following are Citizenship requirements:

• You must either hold a house or property within a city
• You must not have been declared PnG or been stripped of citizenship.

In order to allow accurate maps to be available to the Citizens of the Kingdom, and to the general public, the Isenron Kingdom Map Council shall be formed. This council shall include the Monarch, and three appointed people, whom shall work together to make and publish a map upon the acceptance by the majority of the Council.
