      1.1 This bill shall be cited as the Insenjar Act.
    2. Legislation
      2.1 Noting the achievements of Insenjar Talwyn Kestar, which include:
    • Serving as the first Queen Consort of Wintreath.
    • Serving as our first Thane of Integration.
    • Serving as our most senior IRC Operator
      2.2 The Storting hereby grants Insenjar Honorary Citizenship.
