1) What is the name of your Wintreath nation?

2) What is your World Assembly nation? If you don't have one or are WA mobile, state so.

I don't have a WA nation nor am I a member of the WA. I wasn't planning on joining but I can if need be.

3) Do you have nations in any other regions? If so, where?

No.

4) Do you serve in any official roles in any other regions or organizations? If so, what are they?

No.

5) Are you new to NationStates?

Not exactly. I've played the game before and was very active. This was several years ago; my old nations have long since been deleted, and my old region sort of died off I suppose. I haven't bothered checking, and I guess I want a fresh start to the game. I'm glad it's still here and well. So as you'd expect I'm still a little rusty/newb-ish from not having played NS for some time. But I do have experience.

6) What timezone are you in?

Central European, GMT +1.

7) How did you find out about Wintreath?

I received a telegram from Wintermoot amongst the flood of recruitment telegrams I got from starting a new nation earlier this week, and after looking around I settled on this one.

1) Are there any particular areas of our region you would like to become involved in?

Yes, I've had military experience in my old region, which was a prominent defender region back then. I was in charge of ranks there, don't know if you guys have something similar here but I'd love to help. It may take a refresher or two though  .

Well, Hi guys. Call me Stacky. I started playing NS in 2009. Like I said, it's been awhile since I've last played, and I just recently came across the game again. I really love RPing and the military aspect this game has, and the community that's grown around the game. I hate being the new guy in things so please, tell me whatever I need to know to do or help the region.
So on that note, anything else I should do or be aware of?

Heh, all the girls and guys think I taste good...apparently.

In any case, welcome to Wintreath! Someone from Integration should be here soon to review your application, but I'm just curious...can you tell me more about your history? What regions/orgs you were in and such? Also, how did you know that our recruiter account is tied to me? That's not something new people to the region generally know.

I don't quite remember all of my puppets but my main nation was called Slyvaan. I still haven't decided how to pronounce that... slee-vahn? whatever.

Anyway Slyvaan was in the Global Right Alliance, which I found is still active after looking into it. About a year or two after I left NS I got an email from their forums explaining how most of the crew was leaving NationStates, proclaiming it was a dead game. As far as I can tell, well, it's not.

When I was in the GRA I was Head of Ranks, for the really boringly-named GRA Defence Force. (Hvitt Riddaral is possibly one of the most badass names I have heard of, like, ever) We used a point-reward system for a successful defence and I think I got up to the third or so rank with that.

So I rejoined NationStates literally about three days ago when I came across the word reading some history paper, and that just reminded me about the game. And since I'm a huge procrastinator with the attention span of a housefly I just signed up again and here I am. I wanted to completely start over, with a new nation and region, and you guys look like you definitely have the best one.

Oh and I just saw your name on the telegram, it said you were the Wintermoot of Wintreath. I figured the guy named Wintermoot on the forums is the Wintermoot of Wintreath, so yeah.

Anyway my dog is whining to go take a shit, I should probably get to that.  ;D

Oh...I had forgotten I had signed those. That makes sense!

We actually have pretty good relations with Global Right Alliance...as I understand it, they were an inactive region for a long time, but recently a number of old members have returned and they're in the process of reviving the region now. Hopefully this doesn't mean we lose you to them. But we have a forum embassy with them here with news from that region if you want to know more of the story.

Good to hear that it's being revived. I think I'll be sticking here though.
