As you would expect in the summer, forum activity was slightly down and was largely split between Werewolf (347 posts) and roleplay (214 posts), the latter of which grew from 92 posts in June. There was even some government activity this month, between the discussion of various Citizenship-related proposals and consideration of "The Stigya Commendation Act", which together made up 58 posts. Looking at top posters, there was quite a crowd at the top, with only 4 posts separating the top 4 positions, and the top 2 tied between Neon and Mars!

After months of growth, Discord took a big hit in July, with the numbers down in almost every channel except tavern, which saw discussions on reactions to our flag change and proposals regarding Citizenship. That wasn't nearly enough to offsit the losses elsewhere, and overall activity fell by over a third. Looking at the day to day, it's obvious that the worst of the drop happened in the middle of July before recovering somewhat towards the end of the month. July 10th was our Discord's least active day since January 9th, with only 91 posts. Even our top poster list saw a huge drop, with the top poster going from having 3048 posts in June to 1648 posts in July.

Still, the stats remain much better than they were a year ago, showing that the Discord does have some steam left to it.

    NationStates RMB: 2281
    From June 2022: +655 (+40.3%) | From July 2021: +1520 (+200.0%) | Breakdown: View Here

July saw a huge boost in activity on the NationStates RMB, but unfortunately much of the boost is more spam than discussion or quality roleplay. We had an issue in July where some players on this list repeatedly broke the RMB Etiquette rules by spamming, double and triple posting, creating puppets to post as nations from other people, and problematic RP behaviour. This issue was resolved in early August, when some members left the region because they felt our moderation was too strict (and some were banned either for this behaviour or subsequent flaming of RMB moderators, especially Stigya). I expect that August's stats will give a more realistic view of where the RMB stands.

    Median Citizen Age: 23.5

While it wasn't enough to change the median age, thanks to some birthdays the tie in the mode (age with the most amount of people) has been broken in favor of those who are 25.
