In a way these are exciting times...you, Stygia, and even WARPP itself hark from the RMB community, which has never had a real presence in Wintreath's government before. For most of Wintreath's history, the RMB community was detached from the rest of Wintreath, the government was the domain of the forum and IRC/Discord communities, and even the Jarls of Regional Affairs were forum/Discord people who agreed to keep a watch on the RMB and make sure it was minimally moderated. I think it's really exciting to see the RMB community come into its own and now become a part of the governance of Wintreath, and even maybe for an organization founded there to become part of the greater government!
But I suspect there will be bumps in the road...because of that detachment between the communities there'll be some culture clash to work through, some functional differences, and the challenges that we've always had when it comes to forum and Discord RP. Will people that are happy doing RP on the RMB want to move to the forums? Are there enough people on the forums or Discord that could otherwise support RP on those platforms? Even if we get a RP going, how will we handle the old challenges of keeping it going if prominent players in it become inactive?
It's a challenging portfolio to begin with, and I know from experience that merging one thing into another is always a challenge, one that we can't underestimate. But I've come to know Stigya better in the past month or two, and we talked quite a bit when you first came to Wintreath...you're both smart people and capable leaders, and I'm sure between all of us we can make it work out. Like you say, we'll take it step by step. 
That's a very interesting perspective to look at it from... the emergence of governmental interest and power from the RMB. It does and doesn't surprise me at the same time: many nations come and go, but it is also an essential gateway into greater involvement in the Wintreath community. This power is so great, in fact, WARPP was created out of it and I have been more than proud to have been and continue to be a force within.
Ultimately, my goal is to make RP a more organized environment. RPs within the RMB can easily perish due to general conversation, events (Nday/Zday), and issues that spur. While I wasn't around for the RP Guild, I imagine that it had some form of organization before it was abandoned. With a community as vibrant as WARPP, I want to make WARPP the new RP Guild and bring back that organization.
I actually have a few reasons as to why I am considering initiating a transition of RP to Wintreath Forums. The first reason is that this will make RPs
far more organized by offering a thread for each RP. We can keep the general conversation to the RMB/Discord and the actual RP to a WARPP master forum and all of its child forums. The second reason is that those who go through with becoming citizens, in my mind, are more likely to stick around. This way, no one has to balance RP actions with other happenings on the RMB.
I am sure that there will be hiccups, disagreements, and I would say compromise, but I much prefer the word collaboration. Between me and Stigya, us with Michi and Dawsinian, and WARPP with the rest of the Riksrad. I welcome this with warmth and anticipation
