I'm very honoured that Denth Rowan feels me a good enough member of the Underhusen to nominate me for another term. Whilst it will be a pleasure to serve this region for a second term, I feel that there are several issues which need to be addressed if we're to have a successful Storting.
Primarily, the region needs to incite more activity, which should bring more forum members and an expanded demand for government roles and culture development. If this can be achieved I think we'll be well on our way to long-lasting success. It's important to remember that a region has to build off the strength and commitment of its members.
Secondly, as Chanku has already touched upon in the Citizen's Platform forum, the Underhusen needs more debate on laws. I fully support his move to allow defined periods of debate when a motion to extend it comes around. The Storting represents the voice of the people here in Wintreath and it's vital that due process is followed and that everything passed does so under the most effective and efficient scrutiny possible.
In terms of my personality there's not much to add on my previous platform thread (found
here) apart from the added experience of a term in the formative second sitting of the Underhusen. It's my belief that I've brought a lot to the table in terms of the Acts I've introduced, and I can only hope that the citizens of Wintreath trust and like me enough to allow me another opportunity to help improve the region all the way to greatness!
We'll rule the world some day
