Summary
The Underhusen passed this resolution to support the Potatoe religion, one of the RP religions in Wintreath. Due to the fact that the Underhusen could only pass non-binding resolutions, its call to praise the Holy Tuber before all legislative proposals was rarely if ever followed.

1) This resolution shall be titled the "The Righteous Potatoe Resolution".
Resolution
2) The Nineteenth Underhusen, believing it to be the desires of the citizenry, encourages any Skrifa to, before proposing any legislation, praise our Starchy Majesty, the Wonderful Potatoe. The Holy Tuber should be praised prior to the discussion, but praise is not required to start all statements after the initial praise at the beginning of discussion.
