With the passage of the FLAMES Act and adoption of the Landsraad, the authority to declare an individual persona non grata now rests exclusively with the Monarchy. The purpose of this decree is to ensure that the persona non grata status of Govindia which the Storting adopted legally continues under the new system.

Status of Govindia
1) The persona non grata status of Govindia first implemented by the Storting in January 2018 is continued.

Modification of this Decree
2) The Monarch may modify this decree at any time, and shall notify the Wintrean community of doing so by creating a new post in the topic in which the decree was published detailing the modifications made.
