While I admit that the thought of the inevitable constitutional crisis that would result from not passing a seating act (as well as what I consider the unlikely event of the failure of the FLAMES Referendum) was
deeply appealing, in the end it's probably best that we have a seating act
just in case, because if the Wintrean people really for whatever reason really want to keep the UH around that much then, frankly, the people who vote 'no' on the referendum can be blamed if nobody runs for office and the constitutional crisis subsequently happens.
Accordingly, I present to my colleagues the Seating Act for the Forty-Fourth Underhusen.
Title
1. This shall be titled the Seating Act for the Forty-Fourth Underhusen.
Seats
2. The Forty-Fourth session of the Underhusen shall be composed of four (4) seats.
