1. This shall be titled the Seating Act for the Forty-First Underhusen.

2. The Forty-First session of the Underhusen shall be composed of four (4) seats.

I wish to propose an amendment to this bill, pursuant to Article 8 of the Procedural Rules, the full text of which shall read as follows:

2. The Forty-First session of the Underhusen shall be composed of seven (7) seats.

I further wish to register that while my vote on the original bill remains Nay, my vote on this amendment is Aye.

As Speaker of the Underhusen, I veto this amendment on grounds of being vexatious, as you literally declared your intent in discord to "throw up as much chaff as I can."
