I would honestly pay a hundred dollars just to eat that cheesecake. That looks extremely appetizing.

Today I made some rhubarb cake! Another "first time" (as with the cheesecake upthread). I like the irregular surface. Originally the rhubarb was meant to sit atop the cake but because of the immense oven spring it was kinda "overgrown".
