I have been a member of Wintreath for about 1 year and a half, with some disruptions. Originally, I admit, I was not as politically active in the Wintrean society as I should have been. Now that I have been more active, I decided that I should be more dedicated to Wintreath. I originally volunteered to create a RP map which was successful, but I wanted to do something more. This is why I decided to run for Underhusen. I hope to try to become a more dedicated and impactful representative, willing to further Wintreath as a regional power. I think an incorporation of more service opportunities would be helpful to many newcomers, as I struggled with finding something that I could do to give back to the region.

I'm so happy to see people that are new to the forums and Wintrean government taking the initiative and running for positions! For you specifically I have two questions, both related to your post in the Ice Cream social:

4. What do you believe is the biggest strength and the biggest weakness in Wintreath right now?
My strength I believe is the understanding of how Wintreath works and what it attempts to do. However, my greatest weaknesses is finding what I fit into and serving Wintreath

Since this question actually asks about what you think Wintreath's strength and weakness as a whole region and community are, what do you think they are?

9. If you are elected, what's something you would be able to do from your position to build activity in the region, and especially on the forums?
I would like to propose some new civil service ideas that would allow newcomers to participate in different ways to help the Wintrean community.

I am quite interested to hear this, as I am Thane of Diplomatic Officers which is a division of Civil Service. What ideas do you have in mind? No need to be too specific if you don't have that part worked out

I think Wintreath's strength is their vast influence in the sphere of Nation States, as their recruitment efforts are very persuasive (that's why I came in the first place) and also the amount of nations we have and our embassies. Though I don't think Wintreath has a major weakness

With that being said, it might be good to point out that the majority of the forum community is at the very least uncomfortable with getting involved in R/D or NSGP in general due to its generally toxic and stress-inducing community (in their words). How do you think you could convince them that the cause is worthy? Additionally, why do you think it's a worthy cause?

I think it's a worthy cause because everyone should be able to enjoy their Nation States experience and should each have their own chance to flourish and prosper as a region. I don't think its ok for larger regions to take advantage of newcomers. I would try to tell this to those regions as a worthy reason why we should step in and help, but its likely they might not listen to us. Though I am sure that the smaller regions would appreciate our help.
