Title1. This act is to be cited as the Procedural Rules Legislative Formatting Act.Provisions2. A new section titled "Legislative Formatting" shall be added the Procedural Rules of the Underhusen immediately after the "Underhusen Procedure" section and be numbered as shown below:Quote1. The first section of all legislation shall be titled Title and contain the phrase ”This act is to be cited as the ___”, with the legislation’s title substituted. Any relevant notes regarding the title may also be added to this section.2. New legislation may be titled at the discretion of the author(s) according to its content, followed by the word Act. (a) The titles of sections following the title section within such legislation are up to the discretion of the author(s) according to its content.3. Amendments to existing legislation will be titled after the piece of legislation being modified, followed by the word Act unless they amend Procedural Rules of the Underhusen. (a) Amendments to the Procedural Rules may be titled at the discretion of the author(s) according to its content, followed by the word Amendment (b) The section following the title section within such legislation shall be titled Amendments and contain the text of the existing law as it would appear at the passage of the legislation. (c) When presented to the floor of the Underhusen, these amendments shall contain the existing relevant content of the law being modified.4. Non-amending legislation regarding the Procedural Rules of the Underhusen may contain a section titled "Provisions" as its second section.

Despite my doubts about this, I present this bill to the Underhusen. This mainly changes the way we write Amendments, but I decided to include general formatting stuff in here as well. Since I'm so unsure about this, I've titled this as a Draft so that y'all can point out any changes to make.
Numbering seems a bit off, title clause is missing a period and also ironically doesn't follow the formatting stated in the law.
