My fellow Wintreans,

As many of you may know, there are several vacancies within the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, especially with the beginning of an overhaul of the ministry. After some thought, I have decided to appoint Dagnys E. Kaizer, or as you all know her Katie, to the position of Thane of Diplomatic Officers and Missions, to help establish and reorganize our Diplomatic Officers Programme and the Department for which she is taking over. After having talked to her about this position and she has shown a strong resolve towards this positions, and seems to be ambitious enough for the task. So congratulations Thane Dagnys E. Kaizer on your Thaneship!
