1) Who are you and what region do you represent?
 I am the Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs for The East Pacific my name is ikmuk and my region represents freedom in the Pacific giving others a voice and a reason to be heard   

2) Are you replacing an ambassador from this region? If so, who?
 No as to my understanding I am a new posting to this region

3) Does your region already have relations with us, or are you requesting an embassy as well?
 TEP already has established relations with Wintreath
