So, I'm running in an election to continue my unbroken streak of running in elections, and also to get re-elected to a fourth term. I'm merely running to continue what I started which happened to get a bit derailed this session.

The prior session saw massive activity and improvement, which unfortunately did not carry over into this term. This term itself had several issues which I am looking to help fix in the next session. Issues such as hostility and infighting, which unfortunately occurred this session due to a mixture of reasons. The start of the session also saw the, unexpectedly controversial, Commendation act for myself, which ended up failing and I do think that is some of what contributed to the inactivity with the air in the Underhusen being used up for that one act.

Next session I plan to bring some additional measures of accountability to the Underhusen for its members, I do wish to take a look at implementing some way for the Speaker to be able to enforce the rules, beyond just reprimanding someone for repeated violations. I do plan on running for Speaker, and I do plan on having a firmer fist, in a hope to stave off some of the issues from this session. I will take a look at bills and matters introduced last session, and introduced this session, to revive the ones with the most merit so that the laws of Wintreath can move forward. Additionally I will look at making the Underhusen more cohesive, and less prone to infighting with leadership as Speaker of the Underhusen. The next session can be better, and will be better, and if I am elected to the Underhusen I will work to ensure that, if I am elected as Speaker I will work to make sure that is realized.

A firmer fist is what the UH needs? Not better mediation?

I think both are possible simultaneously.
