Hola friends!  I am back to run for the Delegacy of Wintreath!  To safeguard our region from horribly penned WA legislation, to approve basically every other proposal to ensure an ample supply of legislation in the World Assembly, and to hopefully improve our foreign relations in order to ensure cooperation and coordination in the event that we get people who would be willing to write WA legislation!!

The latest couple of months have been uneventful with regards to the delegacy, as we have not had any major events requiring huge reshaping of the manner in which we do things.  However, true to my campaign promises, we have now come up with an official acronym for Delegate!!  It was quite a poll and suggestion comment period.  In the event that we have any other ideas for polls, you can always feel free to PM me on either here or on NationStates and I should probably respond to you/put up the poll within a week (more or less depending on IRL commitments as well as if there is a queue for polls.  There isn't ever actually, but here's to hoping there is one!!!! )

But fear not, though we have now figured out the Acronym for Delegate, there are but more things to accomplish in the WA!  Our goals for the next sequence are as follows:

(1) To write and submit at least one piece of legislation and attempt to get it to vote!

(2) To further expand the polling programme in order to generate more activity and grow our WA endorsement numbers for everyone in the region, but specifically to get the delegacy over 60 endorsements (we're stuck oscillating between 53-58 depending on the weather right now).

(3) In order to ensure our security and continuing stability, the Republic will be reorganized into the first Galactic Empire, for a safe and secure society. 

(4) Seriously though if anyone in the community wants anything from the WA office, we (note the imperial we, eh?  ) are always willing to attempt any crazy plan, no matter how far fetched or half baked it may be.

1) Why are you running for this position?
  I am generally a good communicator, although I may not have the mad graphical design skills or excellent publishing skills of other positions, I am reasonably effective just trying to maximize the activity that exists in the WA. 
2) What do you aim to accomplish as thane? As part of this, you must include at least one thing that you promise to do beyond the minimum listed duties of the position during your term. It should be measurable, so that it's black and white whether you fulfilled this mandate at the end of the term if you are elected.
  Again, I'd like to expand the bureaucracy involved in the WA with Wintreath, like perhaps some sort of system which would allow us to create a little place to brainstorm WA legislation, etc.  And last time we did have some fun DELEGATE shenanigans.  (Further expansion of polling).
2a) If you are an incumbent running for re-election, did you fulfill your mandate from the June election? If not, why didn't you?
  Generally I think things have been middle of the road.  The number of endorsements has remained constant but we are losing nation population so overall we did in fact boost our percent WA participation, but I don't consider that to be a really meaningful statistic presently.
3) What qualifications or experience do you have in the area that you are running in?
I have been delegate for over a year, I'm Wintreath's Ambassador to TNP and Europeia, which are both super cool regions by the way, so I'd recommend being a tourist there for a bit too if you haven't! Check out their new websites too they're not bad! 
4) How do you plan to have the time to fulfill the duties of the position until the next election in February?
I'm generally pretty active, and I've expanded to lurking discord now so that's interesting.  But overall I'm good most of December because college break and then January shouldn't be too bad.
